Scopey is the result of the combined expertise of our founders, Jenna Farrell and Gillian Laging, who bring unique and complementary skills to the table.

Jenna brings over a decade of agency experience, during which she managed large-scale projects and faced the challenges of scope creep firsthand. As an agency owner, she frequently encountered shifting client demands, untracked changes, and the resulting pressure on timelines and profitability.

Through these experiences, Jenna realised that quoting was at the core of running a successful business. She wanted to combine sales, quoting, and scope management into one much-needed tool for service businesses.

In addition to her agency background, Jenna has extensive experience designing software solutions tailored for the construction industry. She has worked closely with major infrastructure organisations, developing tools for asset management, maintenance planning, and compliance tracking.
